Why Homophones & Homonyms

Hello Readers,
This blog is about homophones & homonyms.

Homophones are words that sounds the same, but are spelled differently, like pear and pair or see and sea. Homonyms are words that are spelled the same but have different meanings like right (the direction) and right (something you are legally given) or book (the thing you read) and book (making a travel reservation).

This blog will help you recognize these words and can also expand your vocabulary with definitions and examples of using the words in sentences. Please enjoy this blog.

Thank you Readers
Laura
